A Refundable Verification Amount is not a tax, commission, brokerage charge, company payment, or support payment.

Before release, the system verifies that the client account, approved wallet, service mode, and release conditions correspond to the settlement request.

Refundable Verification Amount
In selected release scenarios, the smart contract may require a refundable verification amount from the same verified wallet connected to the request. This confirms active wallet control before settlement.

No private payment instructions
Montrix staff will never ask clients to send verification funds through WhatsApp, Telegram, private email, direct message, personal wallet, or manually typed wallet address.
