Last updated: May 2026
Montrix Terms of Use — these Terms govern access to and use of the Montrix website, dashboard, trading tools, AI-assisted execution services, senior-supervision services, smart-contract settlement features, wallet-verification tools, white-label services, and related products operated by Montrix LTD.
By creating an account, accessing the platform, connecting a wallet, activating a service mode, using AI Enhanced, requesting a release, or otherwise using Montrix, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Important Risk Notice
Digital-asset trading involves significant risk. Crypto-assets and digital assets can be highly volatile, may lose value rapidly, may become illiquid, and may be affected by market, technology, regulatory, network, liquidity, custody, smart-contract, execution, and counterparty risks.
Montrix does not guarantee profits, returns, capital preservation, successful releases, uninterrupted platform access, successful trade execution, or any specific financial outcome. Past performance, simulated performance, selected client outcomes, testimonials, or historical model results do not guarantee future performance.
2. Platform Overview
Montrix is a smart-contract-backed trading and settlement platform designed to combine automated market execution, certified venue connectivity, senior-agent supervision, verified wallet release, and transparent risk controls.
The platform may provide access to a trading dashboard, digital-asset market tools, AI-assisted execution, senior supervisor services, smart-contract settlement workflows, wallet verification, account reporting, release status tracking, and white-label infrastructure for approved operators.
3. Definitions
AI Enhanced means the premium service mode where autonomous AI-assisted execution is combined with senior-agent supervision, risk monitoring, and smart-contract-defined trading rules.
Refundable Verification Amount means a refundable smart-contract verification amount that may be required in selected release scenarios to confirm active wallet control before settlement. It is not a fee, tax, commission, brokerage charge, company payment, support payment, or platform revenue.
Senior Supervisor Mode means an optional service mode where a senior supervisor or senior trading professional is allocated to provide account-level oversight, market review, reporting, risk monitoring, or guidance without necessarily activating full AI Enhanced autonomous execution.
Smart-Contract Settlement means the use of blockchain-based rules to define or support trading permissions, fee logic, risk parameters, wallet verification, release conditions, settlement logic, and activity records.
Verified Wallet means a wallet address that has been connected, reviewed, approved, or otherwise recognized by the platform as associated with the relevant client or account.
4. Eligibility and Account Registration
You may use Montrix only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to your country of residence, citizenship, incorporation, business activity, or location. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
You agree to provide accurate information, keep account credentials, private keys, two-factor authentication tools, and security devices secure, and not use the platform for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, manipulative, or unauthorized activity.
5. KYC, AML, Sanctions, and Compliance Checks
Montrix may require identity verification, business verification, beneficial-owner verification, wallet verification, source-of-funds information, source-of-wealth information, sanctions screening, anti-money-laundering checks, jurisdiction checks, transaction monitoring, and other compliance reviews.
Failure to provide requested information may result in delayed access, restricted trading, rejected service activation, delayed release, suspended account access, or termination.
6. Certified Venue Connectivity
Montrix may operate with certified, approved, or supported connectivity across selected leading digital-asset venues, exchanges, liquidity providers, or infrastructure partners, including where applicable Binance, Kraken, Coinbase, Bitstamp, and Gemini.
Certified or approved connectivity means that the platform may have technical, operational, brokerage, API, institutional, or other venue-related access or approval relevant to platform operation. It does not mean that any exchange or venue guarantees client returns, platform performance, release outcomes, or suitability for any user.
7. Service Modes
7.1 Standard Platform Access
Standard Platform Access may include access to the dashboard, market tools, wallet visibility, reporting, standard platform features, and selected trading tools. It does not automatically include AI Enhanced or Senior Supervisor Mode unless separately selected and approved.
7.2 Senior Supervisor Mode
Senior Supervisor Mode is optional. A 10% senior supervision or advisory fee may apply only where the client selects, activates, or agrees to Senior Supervisor Mode. This is a service fee for senior supervision or account-level oversight. It is separate from release processing, withdrawal processing, tax, any Refundable Verification Amount, and any smart-contract verification amount.
7.3 AI Enhanced + Senior Agent Mode
AI Enhanced is optional. A 20% AI Enhanced supervision, performance, or premium-service fee may apply only where the client selects, activates, or agrees to AI Enhanced and a senior agent is allocated or the relevant service is provided. The 20% AI Enhanced fee does not apply to users who do not activate AI Enhanced, and it is separate from release processing, withdrawal processing, tax, any Refundable Verification Amount, and any smart-contract verification amount.
7.4 White-Label or Institutional Services
Montrix may provide white-label, institutional, operator, or business-to-business services under separate agreements. Such services may be subject to separate contractual terms, technical requirements, compliance obligations, and commercial fees.
8. Fees and Charges
Montrix will disclose applicable service fees, platform fees, trading fees, supervision fees, AI Enhanced fees, performance-related fees, or other commercial charges before activation or where otherwise required. Service fees are separate from any Refundable Verification Amount required by smart-contract release rules.
9. Refundable Verification Amount
In selected release scenarios, the smart contract or platform release workflow may require a Refundable Verification Amount from the same Verified Wallet connected to the release request. Its purpose is to confirm active wallet control before settlement and support secure, rule-based release of approved funds or assets.
The Refundable Verification Amount is not a fee, tax, commission, brokerage charge, company payment, revenue of Montrix, payment to support staff, or charge for access to funds.
Where required, the Refundable Verification Amount must be submitted only through the secure dashboard, to the contract address or wallet flow displayed inside the platform, and according to the applicable smart-contract release rules. Staff, agents, supervisors, or support personnel are not authorized to request it through WhatsApp, Telegram, private email, direct message, personal wallet, manually typed wallet address, or unofficial communication channel.
If the relevant release conditions are satisfied, the Refundable Verification Amount is returned according to the applicable smart-contract rules, normally together with or in connection with the approved release.
10. Wallet Verification and Wallet-Control Checks
Before certain trading, settlement, or release actions, Montrix may require wallet verification or wallet-control confirmation, including connecting a wallet, signing a message, submitting a blockchain transaction, providing wallet ownership information, completing a Refundable Verification Amount process, or passing additional security or compliance review.
11. Trading, AI Execution, and Senior Supervision
Montrix may provide AI-assisted trading, autonomous execution, quantitative models, market analysis, risk controls, senior-agent supervision, or strategy monitoring. AI-assisted trading and senior supervision do not guarantee profit, capital preservation, successful execution, or avoidance of loss.
Automated systems can fail, underperform, or behave differently from historical models. Market conditions may change rapidly, execution may be affected by liquidity, slippage, latency, outages, or network congestion, and senior supervision is not a guarantee of better performance.
12. Performance Information and Testimonials
Montrix may display performance information, strategy information, historical examples, selected client outcomes, testimonials, model statistics, win rates, hit rates, backtests, simulations, or market commentary. Such information is provided for informational and promotional purposes only and does not guarantee future results.
Client outcomes vary. Testimonials may not represent typical results. Past performance, simulated performance, or backtested performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance.
13. Smart-Contract Settlement
Montrix may use smart contracts or smart-contract-supported workflows to define or support trading permissions, fee structures, risk thresholds, release conditions, wallet verification, settlement logic, and activity records. Smart contracts are designed to reduce ambiguity and manual discretion, but they do not eliminate risk.
14. Releases, Withdrawals, and Settlement
A release or withdrawal may be subject to account status, identity verification, wallet verification, compliance review, trading mode, service fees, smart-contract conditions, network conditions, liquidity availability, and security checks.
Montrix may delay, reject, review, restrict, or suspend a release where verification is incomplete, compliance review is required, suspicious activity is detected, incorrect wallet or network information is provided, fees or service terms remain unresolved, smart-contract conditions are not satisfied, required documentation is missing, or applicable law or internal risk policy requires restriction.
15. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing these Terms, understanding the service mode you select, reviewing all fees before activation, understanding that trading risk is borne by you, securing credentials, ensuring wallet addresses and networks are correct, complying with tax and legal obligations, and confirming that any verification transaction is made only through the secure dashboard and displayed smart-contract rules.
16. Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, declaring, and paying any taxes or similar obligations arising from your use of the platform, trading activity, digital-asset transactions, releases, gains, losses, income, or transfers. Any Refundable Verification Amount is not a tax payment.
17. Prohibited Use
You must not use the platform to violate law, engage in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, market abuse, impersonation, false information, wallet misuse, manipulation, security interference, bug exploitation, prohibited-jurisdiction access, or attempts to bypass verification, compliance, or release controls.
18. No Investment, Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice
Information provided by Montrix, including dashboard information, market commentary, AI signals, supervisor commentary, strategy information, risk metrics, performance data, and educational content, is provided for informational purposes unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Nothing on the platform constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, or regulatory advice.
19. Availability, Liability, and Indemnity
Montrix does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, network, wallet, exchange, jurisdiction, or blockchain. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Montrix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damages arising from platform use.
You agree to indemnify Montrix, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, misuse of the platform, inaccurate information, wallet activity, tax or regulatory obligations, trading activity, or unauthorized use.
20. Suspension, Termination, and White-Label Operators
Montrix may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where these Terms are breached, required verification is incomplete, suspicious or prohibited activity is detected, required fees are unpaid, legal or regulatory restrictions apply, sanctions concerns arise, risk controls require restriction, or security concerns exist.
Where Montrix is used through a white-label operator, branded partner, institutional partner, or third-party operator, additional terms may apply. White-label operators must not describe any Refundable Verification Amount as a tax, private access payment, government payment, company revenue, service charge, or non-refundable charge, and must not promise fixed returns, no-risk trading, automatic releases, or certain outcomes.
21. Intellectual Property, Data Protection, and Communications
All platform content, software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, databases, models, algorithms, documentation, workflows, dashboards, copy, graphics, code, and platform materials are owned by Montrix or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Montrix processes personal data according to its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws. Montrix may communicate through the dashboard, website, email, support portal, in-app notifications, or other official channels. You should not rely on unofficial social media accounts, private messages, personal emails, messaging apps, or manually provided wallet addresses for payments, verification, release, or account instructions.
22. Changes, Complaints, and Contact
Montrix may update the platform, features, service modes, fees, risk controls, verification processes, smart-contract workflows, supported assets, supported jurisdictions, and these Terms from time to time. Where required, Montrix will provide notice of material changes.
For official communications, support, legal notices, or complaints, contact Montrix LTD through the official dashboard or at [email protected]. Support may be reached at [email protected].
23. User Acknowledgement
By using Montrix, you acknowledge that digital-asset trading is risky, performance is not guaranteed, AI-assisted trading and senior supervision do not remove risk, service fees apply only where the relevant service mode is selected or activated, the 10% Senior Supervisor fee applies only to Senior Supervisor Mode where selected, the 20% AI Enhanced fee applies only to AI Enhanced where selected and activated, any Refundable Verification Amount is not a fee, tax, commission, brokerage charge, or company payment, and all trading and digital-asset risk is borne by you.
